Amazing collections

I had such a wonderful experience at Taneira, and a huge part of it was because of Swathi. From the moment we walked in, she greeted us with genuine warmth and guided us to the section we were looking for. In an age where customer service can often feel transactional, her kindness, patience, and sincerity were truly refreshing. What impressed me most was her deep knowledge and passion for Indian textiles. She didn’t simply show us sarees—she introduced us to the incredible world behind them. She explained the history of different handlooms and silks, shared fascinating stories behind a few iconic sarees, and helped us understand the craftsmanship, artistry, and countless hours that justify the price of these exquisite pieces. By the end of our visit, I wasn’t just leaving with sarees to gift—I was leaving with a newfound appreciation for India’s rich weaving heritage. Swathi also has an exceptional ability to understand her customers. She instinctively knew what would appeal to us and patiently guided us without ever making us feel rushed or pressured. During our visit, a regular customer came looking specifically for her and mentioned that she had missed her that day. Seeing that interaction made it clear that the experience we were having wasn’t a one-off—she consistently leaves a lasting impression on the people she serves. To top it all off, when we found ourselves in a hurry and had to head in a completely different direction, Swathi didn’t hesitate to come along and help us through the process, ensuring everything was taken care of before we left. Employees like her don’t just sell products—they preserve and celebrate India’s heritage while creating memorable experiences for customers. Thank you, Swathi, for making our visit so enriching and enjoyable. Taneira is fortunate to have someone who represents the brand with such knowledge, grace, warmth, and genuine passion.
