Floor manager Akanksha has been very polite and cordial with us. We visited for a specific saree and she tried her best possible to assist us from showing a range of sarees to draping the chosen ones one after the other. Great services 👍🏻
Update(17th Jan, 2025): The color of the saree has faded in shades after the first wash; done with ezee liquid laundry wash. The blouse is stitched and its color faded too. It's a pure cotton saree with handcrafted chikankari work on it. There was no instruction regarding its care if need be. A little disappointed with the product. Something we didn't expect from a tata product.
