I'm a regular customer for Tanera but I visited some stores in Chennai in Hyderabad but I felt this Store as a very good environment in terms of their customer service I really appreciate and the products and designs are not like before 2020 where the products was like WOW.
You need to really work on your designs and colour combinations for the sarees as a regular customer I feel this is not the products what you have before

Exceptional quality and variety at Taneira!! Yes the prices are not low but it’s too good not be, the craftsmanship is exquisite!
Special thanks to Mr. Samir for being super patient with me as I shopped for almost 2hours and finalised over a dozen sarees!! He was really polite and knows how to treat customers well, this is the Jayanagar store and I highly recommend people to visit if your pocket allows you! It’s really good and they allow video calls (I was on for like an hour lol)! Thank you so much Team for the support and patience throughout. 😌
