Bought 2 sarees worth 40K, one sarees had tag of 20% discount and after finalisation we were told that it has only 10% when questioned store manager she was not polite and said we can only offer what system shows. When asked why tag not removed she had no answer. Does not go with image of TATA should have competent store manager who knows that is in the store. There were 10 persons in small store but they are not upto the mark. After my complaint I could see them removing many discount tags. Poor. Finally we dropped purchase of this saree as not convinced on why mentioned discount not offered. Needs to be investigated to maintain reputation. See photos for reference. Aundh Store at Pune.
